correct.

you pull the plug to inspect it at whatever load/RPM you are tuning at the time. Be sure not to let your foot off the gas before you turn the ignition off.

Disagree, there is no heat discoloration. Inasmuch as you can make out on one blurry pic of one blurry plug.

He's running 8's and probably only needs 7's, didn't reply to me about his boost/power level so ???

I think 98vtec is looking at the pic bone posted, and JD is looking at the pic the OP posted.

JD, he's running 8's cus he plans to boost more later on. 1.5 bar at least, I hope.

boost is at 10 psi right now.. i've only taken it there two or three times, broke a mount the first time I shifted in boost and just fixed it yesterday. not sure what hp i'm making tbh, but if I had to guess with my butt-dyno i'd say 280whp when it hooks up.

also, yeah i'm running 8's.. NGK 4554's gapped around .30" if i remember correctly.

I spoke to xenocron and he said the tune from his BIN i'm running is fine because i'm running GSR cams. it's a stock map sensor so i'm not putting the 2.5bar sensor on until I get a real tune. I don't trust editting the map for more boost without a wideband or det can setup. :-\

Then he's still fine on 7's, 4091, IMO. No reason to step down if he's going to turn up the power.
