Re: what percentage of fuel should I pull to increase efficiency
correct.
you pull the plug to inspect it at whatever load/RPM you are tuning at the time. Be sure not to let your foot off the gas before you turn the ignition off. |

He's running 8's and probably only needs 7's, didn't reply to me about his boost/power level so ??? |

Re: what percentage of fuel should I pull to increase efficiency
I think 98vtec is looking at the pic bone posted, and JD is looking at the pic the OP posted.
JD, he's running 8's cus he plans to boost more later on. 1.5 bar at least, I hope. |

Re: what percentage of fuel should I pull to increase efficiency
also, yeah i'm running 8's.. NGK 4554's gapped around .30" if i remember correctly.
I spoke to xenocron and he said the tune from his BIN i'm running is fine because i'm running GSR cams. it's a stock map sensor so i'm not putting the 2.5bar sensor on until I get a real tune. I don't trust editting the map for more boost without a wideband or det can setup. :-\ |
Re: what percentage of fuel should I pull to increase efficiency
Then he's still fine on 7's, 4091, IMO. No reason to step down if he's going to turn up the power.
