What engine managment options can I use for a Non-honda?

not in your budget? its $140 from one of the site sponsors http://www.diyautotune.com/
It can work as a piggyback or a standalone.

Yeah, if that's not within his budget then what the heck is! haha

It's a full standalone, you can start out using it just for fuel til you get familiar with it, then upgrade to spark control ...then boost control, ....fan control etc. etc. etc. it never get's boring that's forsure!

lol your going to pay double for any other piggy back system and it will only be able to do half the stuff of MS, put the crack pipe down. And you can even use MS as a piggyback system as well.
