i have my P28 and it will be chipped soon what else besides the ecu and the wiringharness conversion do i need?

i already have 2 anyway, but I do need a distributer? is that any obd1 distributer? or only a Z6 (it's going on a y8)

That is correct. OBD 2 uses the same componets as OBD 1 , its jsut adds sensors. so get hte harness and ECU adn your good to go.
