OBD0- Turboedit
OBD1-Uberdata
this was all covered in the Engine management section but since this post is still up in FI I'll be nice and answer Things you'll need are your ecu to be chipped/socketed, and if you plan on programing your own ecu or doing any kind of tuning, you'll need an eeprom burner, a laptop or computer, and the TE or Uber software which is downloadable for free on the net. Also, a wideband is definately a good tool to invest in if you plan on going this route as well.
