OBD0- Turboedit
OBD1-Uberdata
this was all covered in the Engine management section but since this post is still up in FI I'll be nice and answer ;) Things you'll need are your ecu to be chipped/socketed, and if you plan on programing your own ecu or doing any kind of tuning, you'll need an eeprom burner, a laptop or computer, and the TE or Uber software which is downloadable for free on the net. Also, a wideband is definately a good tool to invest in if you plan on going this route as well.
