Wastegate actuator psi?

Bought a t3 from an old rustang. How do i know how much psi this wastegate will blow off at?

Hook it up to an air compressor with a pressure regulator.

turn regulator down, slowly turn it up until you see the arm move, then look at the guage, simple as that.
