Folks, I put the pump in last weekend. I would have done a write-up, but I don't have a cam. :P Car runs just the same as it ever did. Except for the loud *** sounds coming from the gas tank. Those bastards can be loud.

 

Just tell people you but a blow off valve in the back of the car

I just installed one in my 91 Teg, man it was pretty damn hard... Theres barely any jacking points in the back of the car also, it was dirty, tedious work!

Btw, i had to drop my tank so thats why it was hard

 

ahh i put one in my accord today and it wasnt bad, and i dont know wtf you guys are talking about, mine isnt loud and its probably quieter than the stock one... for real. I didnt put a clamp around the pump and the stock pump hanger, and they tell me that that is usually the source of most noise, so mine sits on the hanger on the rubber grommet with the hose holding it in place, and it is damn tight and is going nowhere... Very nice pump for $100
