vafc vs vafc2?

What is better about the vafc2? what other features does it have? more tunability i know. I have a vafc1 right now and im thinkin about getting a vafc for about 50 extra bucks. so, is it worth it, thats the bottom line

vafc II has 12 rev point settings, a rotory controller knob and a couple other things too but read the apexi site and it will tell you. if you already have an afc then don't waste your money for another. if you are deciding on which one go for,get the new one in case it doesn't work because then you can buy another and swap the boards out and return the bad unit as defective. the older one is no longer in production and therefore harder to find, so if it burns out, (they're notorious for fading vacuum displays) you have to spend the money on a brand new unit.

Chip your ECU. the afc allows for different setting under different rpm ranges, but does NOT adjust ratio dependant on amout of boost@ a given rpm. and you can do it cheaper than buying an afc. do we have a winner?
