VAFC or injector prob???

i just installed my 450's/10ohm resistors and vafc on my 99 civic ex and my car is running like ----. i put my settings to -35 all across and even messed with the idle and nothing changes. could it be the injectors? how can i tell if the injectors are working/bad? need help bad, my car sounds like a lawnmower.

alright i figured it out, one of my injector wires was loose so i rewired it and now it runs/idles like a car again.
