Default Vafc Help!!!

I have a jdm d15b.....t3/t4 turbokit(custom)...dsm 450's....and a vafc2....Now does anyone have a base map for my setup?i need base settings to start off on....or can someone show me there settings?....Another question is on a 94 ex do u neeed to hook up the vtm wire?.....Also why is it that my car will be running fine the narrow throttle settings i have until 4k...Then i did my 4500 and on settings and the car works fine but when i floor it it bogs down....then ill let off the gas and try to drive again after coming to a complete stop...and it bogs like it did when i floored it...the only way to get my car working the same again is by shutting off the car and turning it back on....the vafc obviously saved my settings so why would the car keep doing this intil i shut it off and turn it back on again? can someone help plz...
