vafc, 450cc, and no turbo

would it be possible to run 450cc dsm injectors on my non turbo crx with a vafc? why would you want to do that you ask? well, long story- my stock crx injectors started leaking from the middle and spraying fuel all over the outside of my intake manifold and motor. as you might have guessed, having puddles of fuel on your hot manifold = fire hazard. so, i replaced them with obd2 civic injectors, thats all i had sitting around at the time. ever since, my car idles like ----(yes, i know why). since then, i have purchased dsm injectors that are the same type as crx's, i was wondering if i could get a vafc and lean out the fuel 46%(total 243cc). would this be a good solution to help my idling problem?

No problem. It should work fine as long as the 450cc injectors are good.

Care to state why not? I don't see why he wouldn't be able to with hondata leaning it out a bit.

Yep, -46% lean straight across RPM band should do you right.

You might want to retard your base ignition timing a few degrees to compensate for the advance of the AFC, but other than that, you should be straight.
