Vac issues

Okay well I put a built motor in my car ran it on a tune from my stock motor on 10lbs and it was pulling 20'' of vacuum. Well I put my stock injectors and ecu in to pass emissions and it was pulling 20'' of vacuum. Now when I put the 750s in and 2.5 bar and got a tune I can only pull 16'' of vacuum. but here is the big problem. If i start the car to let it warm up by idling it will get to normal operating temp. if i go drive it and go to hit boost which is supposed to be 20lbs it will hit 5k and then it feels like the spark is blowing out. But if i drive for a very long time and get the engine toasty it will boost just fine. but when it boost fine my vacuum is at 19'' and runs like complete ---- if your not driving. WTF is wrong with my car? It seems to have 2 minds of its own. At times it will idle like it should but everyonce and a while it will idle like complete ---- and kill itself if i dont give it some gas. Also when driving for a long time it seems like it will surge for a quick second and then that will lead to extreme surge issues then i have to push the clutch in to stop from jerking and it will die. Ive checked vacuum lines, temp sensors, changed the coil, and plugs, tested spark cables and everything is fine, adjusted valves twice.

Are the injector O-rings causing a vacuum leak?

Ive sprayed break clean by the injectors o-ring but I got nothing not even a bubble. And the injectors required some lube to get into the o-ring. Im not sure what rom editor all I know is that its tuned on crome.

I would keep brake cleen away from the O-rings...

you dont look for bubbles when spraying around the engine looking for a leak. you are listening for the engine to change rpm. when you spray flammable liquid on a vac leak the idle rpm will either drop or rise. keep an ear out for the sound and watch where you are spraying it. that will show your leak

and use wd40 instead of brake clean... much better on the rubber lines and o-rings...

Also let them know about the vtec issues, wierd tuning issues, etc..

It's just sounds like it's got some possible adjustable cam gear slipping issue and or a tuner not used to cromes bullshit.
With Crome you have to tune the battery offsets as soon as you get the car running with a steady idle and it's at full warm.

then tune ect afr, iat afr relations. You'll have to keep messing with those as you tune for the next few hours.
then it should run solid on crome....If crome ever starts acting wierd, like you try to change a value and you don't see it change on the screen save & close crome and open it back up.

When street tuning it's always good to take a 15min break here and their if you realise your not really focusing on what your doing.

It usaully takes me around 4 hours to tune a car on crome. two hours are usaully hooking my tools up and getting idle straight/ offsets tuned, basically checking for issues with the car making sure it's good to roll out onto the street with.

I know that, im just stating I didnt EVEN get a bubble. Sometimes on leaks it will bubble up around the area that has the leak.
