Default upograded from OBD0-OBD1 same tune is uberdata ok Im broke

so basically Ive got a 89 accord that I swapped in an older bseries into and Im just going for daily driver not performance yet or anything like that. Im also alot shorter on cash now than I was when I started this project and Im lacking the tune programs. Ive got the wiring in, P06 setup with a empty chip and usb cable. Since its not turboed can I go cheap and just get someone to send me a chip with a basemap on it or do I still need to buy the ostrich and chipburner. i dont want to shell out $500 for the hondata S300 for a NA biuld. If someone knows a better way on the cheap let me know please. Ive read alot about the different programs and what they do but unclear which to use when cost is the highest benefactor.

Flame away if you wish but Im still trying to learn

Uberdata is an old *** program, just use Crome, it is free and way better. You should still have it tuned, a basemap might be close, but if the fuel trim or timing is off it could cause some major issues. Just find someone local to you with an ostrich and chip burner and do a street to check it out.
