Default Updated OBD0 Code

http://forum.pgmfi.org/viewtopic.php?t=3064

revlimiter fixed, several other bugs addressed. Should be more or less identical to NG30-try2 otherwise. Tested in 2 cars so far with positive results.

The headings are what they are...TE just doesnt really know how to recognize them correctly.

Look at the excel files to see what the column headings are or just know that they are similar to NG2x code.

Thanks Blundy

please continue to report back about Rory's NG48. I'm really hoping that it continues to work w/o issue because it should also work in TE and report the correct column headers.
