uberdata progams

alrite...i want to learn how to tune....i'm running a t25 on a D16Z6, with FMU, FPR,DSM BOV, front mount......i know anyone says fmu SUCKS.....so i want to learn how to tune...what supplies do I need.....to burn me my own chip and chio my own ECU...so does anyone know what supplies do i need, a laptop, buner....etc...??????
