uber1.66 shiftlight

Uberdata has been working flawlessly for me from day one but ive been curious about activating the shiftlight option, anyone know if a shiftlight needs to be wired up or is the CEL utilized??

It uses the CEL. I tried it a while ago and it works fine. It's really small and not too bright so it didn't help too much when actually racing. If you rigged a shiftlight up to it or some LEDs then it might work better. I'm not to worried about a shiftlight though.

i figured it out... my tach is way off... seems 7500rpm on my tach is more like 7000RPM.

your right... the light is kinda dim and not bright enough but O-well... just a cool little feature to have. ;D

LOL....I guess that is wired to a relay, which turns on a power inverter, then powers the light bulb. Oh....I mean shift light. ;D
