uber questions will be asked/answered on HMT!

just like it says, certain members on uber data forums would rather you ask you questions on the uber forums as to insure you get the most up to date information. for any/all of your uber data questions/comments, please register and post your quesions here:
http://www.ecimulti.org/uberdata/forum/index.php

i tried to tell you guys, but yet i continued to answer your questions here anyways, and lost karma points on my uber status, and wouldn't be surprised if my mod position is taken from there as well. if you're not a member there, and have nothing to lose by asking questions here, go for it, but unfortunately, i won't be able to help you here without repercussions there.

::EDITED::

HMT will answer Uberdata Technical questions if asked.

man that sucks, i hope you're able to re-gain some of your credibility over there.

I'll make sure that when I start having uber questions I send them that way.

Kevin, this is the gheyistist thread eVar!

If you are worried about your 'Karma' points on another board get over it. I saw Bigwig dumbass post there and although I like him and we live close I'll have to agree to disagree with his methods...if your Mod status on one forum vs. another becomes a question, I guess you'll just have to choose.

#1 - Its some ghey elitist attitude, most likely directed at the Honda-Tech type forums, ClubSi and the like. HMT has always (and will always) represent a different attitude towards building a car (much like Uberdata).

#2 - That board moves slower than ---- half the time and 1 out 3 times I try to go there and login the site is down. You can't make people ask questions there and only there, its dumb when the board doesnt work or the members that actually know are the ones that live, breathe and eat Uber but who are usally more worried about what they have going on rather than some newbie who has asked the same damn question without searching.

Anyone here, please answer anyone's question about any type of Engine Management issue if you know the answer and always put the Uberdata link into your response .But if I start to see ---- like "I cant answer your question here, go to the Uberdata forum and ask" I'll make sure I get your ------- karma over here :-*

I agree, and xenocron is right about it being directed more towards people going onto Honda-Tech and posting their questions before going to the Uberdata Forum. Thats been their gripe for a while now, however it isn't right that people on here have to relay that message to a simple question asked. There hasn't been any problem bofore when questions were asked, and I don't feel it should be different now. Keep in mind Bigwig was an HMT member once too. He hasn't forgotten his brothers here ;)

I am obviously not as involved with this as many of your are, yet I would love to learn as much as possible about both Uberdate and TurboEdit. It does not make sense that somebody would want a person that is knowledgable about something they were passionate about to not ------ the knowledge. From everything that I have read, I thought that HMT, PGMFI.org and the Uberdata boards all supported each other. From a member standpoint, it is nice to be able to ask questions in a forum in which your comfortable with and to get replies from folks that you see communicating on a daily basis. It would really suck if the flow of info were to be bottlenecked. :-\

And he was banned, which as of now I completely support.

That's the lamest ------- thing I have ever heard. That's basically putting a bottleneck on the program to grow. Demanding that questions only be asked on one particular site is ------- nazi style and out of control. I feel ashamed that I'm going to be running Uberdata now. Is this how they operate? Do you see Jason Parker bitching about questions being asked on other sites? No, because it's a rediculous request and only a power hungry nazi would demand such a thing. That excuse is bullshit too. Not everybody in the world wants to swarm to a site slower than DseriesAsshumingNinjas.com only to wait 3 months to get an answer to a simple question. ------- gay. I'll never visit that forum again and just for this reason I'm going to post all my questions here.

I agree, HMT represents a very large userbase of PGMFI derived rom editors. A few of us have lots of first hand exp. w/ Uber and often frequent this board more than the Uber forums. I really dont think we should be discouraged to answer questions directly, as long as we provide a link to the Uber forums.
