Default turboedit crx please help!!!

ok well i have 2 diff. basemaps one from xenocron and one from 93turbob16 and here is my particular problem. when i put in john's basemap and went for a test run to try my wideband out i made it 1/8 mile and the car shut down and wouldnt start back up so i reinstalled chris's basemap that i had originally had in it and ran good so i thought well hell lets see what it has and did a good first-second pull. i let out and it shut down also wouldnt start back up so i disconnected the batt. for 10 sec. and it fired up no problem. i dont know what it could be and i could see if one basemap was a bad burn or something but 2 diff. ones from 2 diff. people possibly but unlikely what else should i look into. any info to point me in the right direction would be great!!!!!

i dont think so. it will only do it with the basemaps installed in the ecu if i were to put my oem chip back in it would run perfect. so i dont think it would be the relay. but keep the ideas coming.

yea i didnt have a chance to check the ones on john's basemap but i know chris's had 2 one was injecto(s) but all my injectors work and the other is an atmopheric pressure code i think but no others that i can remember. i will have to check tomm. but could you think of anything to check right off hand until i can check tomm?

something is resetting the ECU and causing it to flip out...

loose wires by the ECU or improper wiring (perhaps DPFI to MPFI conversion) around or near the injectors/resistor box

well it started out an hf so it was already mpfi. so that is probably not it it is throwing an injector code but i checked the connections at the injectors to make sure they were all firing and they are. checked the ecu conections and wires i spliced for my elec. vss and my greddy e-o1 nothing loose there. is it posible that the ecu that i have was not one that should be chipped? i know that the pm6 ones you are supposed to use are the a-09 and the a-06 and mine is neither could that be the problem or should i check elsewhere?

Which version is your ECU? If a chip fits in your ECU, then it is 'chippable'

i have been discussing this with john also but the ecu that is chipped is a jdm version and the only thing i can come up with is that the jdm one doesnt have the same sensors or output to the sensors as a usdm ecu does it may sound dumb but that is the conclusion i have come up with. any further help is greatly appreciated.
