turboedit

whats the higest hp setup ran on turboedit? or does it really matter i just want to know if i build a d16a6 up to do 400+ hp that i can tune it with turboedit

is this a serious question? you could use any rom editor and make any given amount of power as long as you have someone that can tune. if not you will blow it up soon after your first run.
