How easy is it to install the RS232 plug in the ECU? And what type of cable are you using?

Pretty easy.. You just solder the bugger together, and connect the four wires to the ECU.
As for the cable, I just use a generic 9 pin serial cable.

As for the final product, I plan to have it compare the A/F ratio with the values in the coorosponding cells of the fuel table and generate a choice of the percent of difference, or value needed to obtain a user-defined target ratio, and plot it the correct cells.

I might have to try that and install a new cable onto my ecu...the datalogging still doesn't work :'(
