TurboEdit 1989 crx?!?!?
this guy is suposed to come chip my ecu today and he says that you cant chip a 1988-1989 ecu, only the 90-91 is this true

It is significantly more difficult to chip the 88-89 ecu's. It can be done. It would probably be easier to just find a 90-91 ecu.

no there are pm6's from 88-91...you need one specifically from 90-91

you need the 28 pin eprom to run turboedit. the 88-89 pm6 doesnt have it
pretty simple
