turbo edit/crome

ok well for starts, turbo edit has a function for one wire vtec. the question is it only the ps9's that can use this function and if not is a pr4 compatible. and the next question is, is there a el cheapo' way to convert to obd1 instead of buyin the conversion harness? just curious is all. im still gonna convert to obd1.

You can make your own harness or just hardwire the new plugs in place of the old ones. The purpose of the harness is the simplicity and ability to reverse the mod instantly.

If you have some ability to solder the wiring diagrams are readily available for the conversion.

The harnesses are $104 at ------------- currently.

if i can mpfi swap the car im sure i could do the wire harness. but since they make a harness i may just do that. only thing is ill have to chip and convert his pr4 for vtec. oh well.....time is money and i love money!!!!

Im fairly sure u can use the a/c switch as an option for 1 wire vtec on any of the ecu's. I think the PS9 just uses the automatic trans feature. But don't quote me.

kool, well i think the obd1 conversion harness from xenocron may just fit the bill. ive got plenty of time to decide what i want to do. as far as tuning options go though i would use crome even though ive messed with turboedit more than crome i think i can deal with it...last but not least ill have a little treat for all sooner or later.......

If you were comfortable with turboedit you should have no prblems with crome. Good Luck
