Default turbo

hey guys i have a 93 civic and will be putting a t3 turbo on it i just need to know how to set this s-afc i have a stock 1.5 d series motor auto... if i need to get bigger injectors or whatever i can get the dsm injectors the 440cc or 450 whatever they are...i have a fmu i am going to put on it when i install the turbo... do i need to upgrade my fuel pump and fuel rail hear i need to bore my fuel rail or get another one...i also need to know how many psi to run with this setup anything will help thanks guys

if you use the afc hack you will need bigger injector's (i.e. dsm 450's) and that's about it. if you use the fmu, you will probably need a bigger fuel pump. you DON'T use the fmu and the afc, it's one or the other. you will be able to boost a little more with the afc and be able to fine tune a little better, however, the fmu is very cheap. with the fmu you could safely run about 6psi, with the afc hack and bigger injectors, you could run about 9-10 psi. i'm about to put my kit on and i'm a cheap ***, but i would rather spend 100 extra dollars (for afc) and be able to boost more and more safely. oh yeah, keep reading every thing on this site. i've only been on here for like two weeks and have learned enough to answer other peoples questions

ok kool i have not got the fmu yet however i only got the afc for the price of the fmu lol 100.00 he he how would i tune the afc or do i have to go to a dino

read the sticky thread "post your afc settings here". you could start with one of those and then fine tune from there. remember to adjust the settings before you actually start the car.
