Default tuning help

hi,

i have a charade gtti < cb-80 motor > most of you probably wont be interested in this, but i need some advice

i run a microtech LT8-s management, microtechefi.com from australia, its pretty good and ive got it tuned pretty well using a wideband, but there is one problem with my tune,

after i rip it to really high revs, and come to a stop, ie. press the clutch in, the revs drop and contunie dropping and will normally cut out,

so what can i do to my tune to bring up the vacum? more or less fuel? same with timing, can i advance it up on the idle or load map,

im expecting a flaming but if anyone has any ideas id really appreciate them

Ross

Do you have an Idle control system? Can you adjust the i/c duty cycle?

no, there is no idle air control valve or anything,

just fuel and ignition maps < i tune in MAP mode, as opposed to RPM type matrix tables, so i fuel for Hg's then Psi accordingly >

basically whats happening is that the car goes from WOT and when the throttle is closed it creates a huge vacume and does this so much it kills the engine,

i was thinking about getting some sort of idle air control valve off of a car with aircon, as the ecu has aux outputs for doing things like that,

but i figured this problem should be able to to be tuned out, im just unsure as what to do,
