tuner in iowa ?

all i need is a bov for my kit and an ecu ......so now im goin to buy a obo2 upper and obo1 ecu but i need someone to street tune me ....ill pay good money for some one who can show me that they can tune .......pm me or reply on here if you can do the job .......oh and my kit is a y7 h beams srps rhb5 turbo egay mani
