yep thats what i was trying to do but this dumb *** digial light is differnt it sucks. here are the directions

To Set Intital timing push the up or down button until the idsplay shows the desired degrees of advance setting. View timing marks turn dizzy until moving mark is aligned with stationary 0 degree mark. then tighten. Thanks for the help though i seriously apreciate it.

i finally set it i also got a good deal on some full race camegears 100 bux with a no slip warrenty
