Okay. Just double checking man.

Are you jumping the diag connector. It should be at whatever the base timing is unless you have some odd timing adjustment going on via IAT/RCT.

What are you using for engine management?

Is this with a fresh map?

Your problem is cam timing; your going to need this, http://www.-------------/catalog/bser...kit-p-360.html

Cam center line is off for aftermarket cams.

yes I am jumping the service connector, and I am using s300 as engine management. I tried everthing I can.

No you have not, cam timing is off thus ignition timing is off; fix one fix both, got it good.

trying to figure out how to get my cam timing right without buying an expensive tool. any suggestions?

Well, there are red marks and there are red marks... if your red mark is on the right like in this picture then it is 0 degrees aka TDC. The three white marks on the left are (from left to right) 14, 12, 10 because this is a Y8 pulley... for a B-series or non-D16Y they would be 18, 16, 14.
