i'm not trying to sound like a dick or bug over a 5 dollar chip. but there are a couple people that have my chips and they add up after a while. most people will chip your ecu with a basemap and that's it, when you tell them it doesn't run that great, their response is usually "it's a basemap, it's not going to run perfect, get it tuned" and leave it at that. i realize not all of you are able to get your cars wb tuned for different reasons so i try to help you. when someone tells me there car isn't running great, i make changes to the .bin and am willing to send them another chip to try out to see if it's any better, hell, i've sent one guy up to 4 chips, he got one that finally ran great and sent all the others back. i'm willing to take the extra step to help you guys after i chip your ecu, it's not easy trying to tune a car over the internet and i realize not everyone has chip burners to make the changes and reburn the chip like i can, but all i ask for is my chips back. thanks.

Internet tuning, eh? ---- that. A basemap is a basemap. I'm worried for these people running around raping their cars with a basemap internet tune.

I know how you feel Projekteg. Whenever someone tells me a tune didn't workout right I've tried to help them out best as possible in solving it so they are happy. A few times I've re burned chips and edited maps for people just because they didn't run right. it's a difficult situation and can get pretty pricey. Thats part of the reason I don't advertise to do these services for everyone. I don't think I could keep up with it full time like you guy's. I've only had 1 that didn't work at all and I beleive I tried to fix the problem. It was on Chingro's Integra. Not sure if it was ever solved but I'm not convinced that it was my Eprom programming that went bad either.

This is the same reason why everywhere I sell oil lines I mention all the dimensions and it's your responsibility to make sure you are ordering the right ----. People would just keep the drain flanges that were "wrong" and I'd never see them again.

You need to come up with a "your car will run, or it won't. Eat ----" clause in your advertising.
