Temps getting hot in boost

Well I got my btm retarded about .80 per lb of boost and at stock timing. My settings are 1k -38 2k -38 3k -37 4k -36 4.5 -36 5k -36 5.5 -35 6k -35. After boosting I pull the plugs and they black whith a lite whitish gray on the insulator tip and a little white on the porceline, the rest of the porceline is black. This is mainly on cylinder one. The other cylinders are not as bad. I hear no detonation and have no signs of leaning out, dont blow smoke although smells gassy from behind the car.

hrm im not so sure if its the fuel. Because when I had the majority of the rpms at -35 instead of -36 like they are now. All I got was black smoke and the plugs looked even worse. Is it possible I'm giving too much gas? I just havent been boosting for fear of screwing ---- up.

How much boost are you running? .8 per pound is a lot for stock timing and retarding the timing too much or running too lean will put heat into the cooling system.
