Stupid Question....

If i am chipping a P28 and I have the larger socket in and go to put in the smaller chip next to it and it hits the socket for the bigger chip would it hurt anything to sauter it in from the back of the board

You're supposed to solder it all in from the back, maybe I'm not understanding your question?

ok i consider the back to be the side without all of the chips on it...

no you cannot put the HC373 IC on the backside of the board
