A stupid question

Can someone tell what are the (turboedit) or (hondata) or these stuff and what do they do?

Research my friend... research. It's all standalone engine management. T.E is a free editor, and Hondata is quite a few $$$ Both do the same.

Turboedit is a free Rom editor for OBD0 Honda ecus. Hondata is a overpriced aftermarket ecu for OBD1/2 hondas.

I can't tell what that ricemobile is in your avatar, but you might also want to look into Uberdata.

92-95 Civic is OBD1. Uberdata is going to be your best bet since the others would require OBD conversions.
