still tryin to figure out chipping...
 
ok ...i boght a chipped pm6 for my setup ..i told the dude what i planned on doing and what i was going to run for boost in my car and ----..and he sent me two chips ....ok now i am wondering do i need anything else or will i be able to just plug in this new ecu and go...like how do i tune with the ecu?...and also what are things like when some one says there running a 2 bar or 3 bar map sensor will i need to do anything with that? these are just dumb question but..i just wanted to get a final understanding on the whole deal...

Well I would start reading the FAQ's in this section first, and some of the posts stickied here.

You are asking too broad of an already general question to get a good answer here that would take at least 3 days to answer.

do i need a bar map sensor for my setup or my obd0 zc...or do i just plug in the chipped ecu i bought from you and engine tune

Stick with the stock map sensor until you get the hang of things and need to up the boost.

will my stock map hold 7 or 8 pounds some were around there...also i bought my chipped pm6 from you i think you burned everything on it i think i needed i hope ....cuz i told you what motor i had ...boost i planned running and injectors i was running

pay someone seriously this is where a turbo kit usually goes wrong

thats all i need thanks bro...now i get the basic idea of it...now if i wanted to do further tuning on the chip i can use the soldered in usb style and tune while running the car on my laptop?
