please can someone tell me the right part number for the NGK plugs for N/A(standard) and Boosted (2 stages colder)?

my engine is a B16A2, running the vafc hack, 8psi,

generally, the standard plugs have a 5 in the part # (mine are ZFR5F-11 stock, ZFR7F-11 2 stages colder).

other part #'s are:
NGK BKR7E
NGK BCPR7ES11

i believe the "11" in the part number means pre-gapped.

 

if they are not pre-gapped? what do i gap them to?

 

0.035 for turbo, 0.040-0.044 for NA.
