Default sooo close... now im connected to ecu but no afr's show up??

so i finally got connected to the ecu, toggled live tuning and i can see the pink cursor jump through all the cells im going through, but its not recording any afrs in them. It just leaves them all blank. Im using an LC-1 with .1V for .5 lamda and 3.5V for 1.5 lambda. I read somewhere that you only need these two? But in freelog you need a list of like 20 The lc-1 is installed correctly and I believe it is calibrated correctly. It blinks slow for a few seconds then fast and then its a solid led. Help me out!

In CROME, click file/settings/Tuner Logging tab.
That is were you define the conditions needed before it will map trace the A/F's. If you were just parked and revving it, it wont trace unless you change those settings.

When you are connected, does it display your A/F in the live data window? Does it match your LC-1? If it doesnt, play with the lambda offset until it does.

Good luck

ok, someone on pgmfi told me the same thing last night... I have quite a few questions if you can help me out

1) So should i change the lamda to .5-1.5 since thats what is in the lamda conversion table for the wideband? Keep im mind i read to put these numbers in there, When you pull down to innovative, it goes up to 4.5V.

2) Do you know what the correct numbers are in the lamda conversion table? Do you only need 2, or a whole list like freelog?

3) The ecu can only handle a 3.5V input without modification right? Do i need to configure the wideband to only read to 3.5V then?

4) In live data, it would say the a/f was like 7-9:1? Does it usually go that low after you shut it off or something?

I didnt get an owners manual with my lc-1 so im not sure if it is calibrated correctly. It says it will free air calibrate and blink fast and then slow and then it will go solid. It does this so im assuming its calibrated?

Dont forget you have to free air calibrate the sensor.

This is how mine is setup...

Not perfectly...but it works well.

probably crome 2.0 right? Crome 1.1.8 says lamda value instead of afr... but thanks for your input

today i got it to datalog, but some weird ---- was happening. It kept showing 12.00 for all the lamda readings I know this cant be right. Its damn near close to impossible for every cell, in boost and out, to have a 12:1 afr. I tried to use log works to see what afr's it would give me, but it didnt wanna connect on my computer. God im so computer illerate.

BTW- Live auto adjustments didnt become availble when we took the car out.. do i need to install a plugin or somehting?

live auto adjustments won't run unless you have hit the 'realtime update' on your ostrich toolbar.

if its showing 12:1 everywhere its probably not getting a signal from the wideband wire.

its getting some signal because its not all 11.98, it varies *a little* sometimes at lidle it says 14.7, i'm trying to get logworks hooked up so i can see the afr's from that, and then ill just use AEM and set the offset correction to make it read right. Thats what my buddy did with his LM-1 (only he had a display)
