Somone has to know.....serously
There has to be somone on this board that has a zdyne and has had a similar problem......In detail...I hooked up my zdyne to my car and computer. The secu said online on com 1. When i go to load a zdy file it tells me....these following things have changed from what is currently on the secu. i click ok and it says checksum error and shuts down. I dont have any sensors hooked up including my ignition.Any ideas?

why dont you email/call zdyne and ask them? maybe its a defective unit

Ya.. you overpaid for Zdyne, you should get something in compensation, even if it isn't qualty enginemanagement. 
But no, really, call them. There are not a lot of Zdyne users on this board. HOMEMADEturbo. This board is big into DIY (Do-It-Yourself) setups... In the last year this has exploded into DIY Engine Management systems. Zdyne is a thing of the past. Sorry.

i agree turboef9! everybody here now is at least running the afc hack or ghettdyne/turboedit/uberdata.

im set with using that ----....burning chips and all that bullshit.Afc is garbage...dont want ghetto management.

and before you come back to me with a cocky little smartass comment, Jason and a worldwide crew do this for free. Jason helps everyone he can. He has taken alot of ---- from people to earn the respect he has here. You may think that TE is limited to HMT but it's not. Jason works with alot of people to make things happen. Can you do ANYTHING with you zdyne? With the problems your having I see you cant. So before you start knocking about our FM race a few of us and see how fast we blow yer doors off. That is if you can get zdyne to come hold your hand and start yer freakin car.

no offense shadowrex, he has a fully built b16a in a crx that would blow your ------- doors off.
i just get mad cause he always teases me about using te, but his zdyne will work, hes just impatient and doesnt understand it completely.
