some questions about tuning with TE

so today me and my friend greg where trying do to a little tuning on my civic. set up is a pr4 with dsm 450s and turboedit. we are having a few problems with getting air fuel ratios to stay put. my idle goes from 14.5:1 down to 13.8:1 or so and the rpms jump up and down, when my rad fan kicks in it steadies out. now at like 5in of vac to 0 it gets hella rich, like 10.0:1 and once i hit boost it leans out a little. in boost from like 0-4psi 3k-45k rpms it stays really lean like 13.5-14 and from 45k rpms and up the afrs are good. we have added a bunch hear and taken a bunch out before boost and it doesnt really do much. we thought that the o2 sensor was trying to lean it out so we unpluged it and it seems a little better, and it doesnt throw a code at all. do you guys have any good tips on were to start off from and whats a good increment to add subtract fuel at?

add subtract fuel at 5% increments, (use the I button on your keep board to increase it quickly) I'm pretty sure some of the colum headings might still be screwed up so you might have to play around with it alittle more, good luck tho.
