Solid cel, won't rev past 3k, WTF, please help

I have a socketed PM6, running 450cc, w/ turboedit. My friend made me a basemap, so I use my Motes Burn1 to burn the chip. The first time i put the chip in and start it, it actually idles pretty good. But the ECU light just stayed lit up. I gave it some gas and it would rev to about 3k (where boost starts) and the car stubbles or sounds like its on a slow rev limit. I dont know what is going on, please help. The socketed ecu just came fresh out of another running car with no problems. Im so fustrated

Jump what? Its OBD0 ;) Its either a bad burn on the chip, chip inserted wrong, or a bad soldering job on the ecu.

even if it was obd1 and you could jump the service connector, a "solid" cel doesn't show any codes.......it's solid......

It's a bad burn on the chip. or an incompatible base was used to make the rom.
