Default Solid CEL with Uber

I have a solid CEL with uberdata on my civic cx with d16y7 converted to a odb1 car with the jdmshit conversion harness. The ecu runs fine with j1 being cut. When I put the chip in and burn it for a rpm rev limit of like 4500 and then run the car I get a solid CEL. It just runs pretty crappy like I set on the accelerator and it takes a while to respond then goes up. I can hit the rev limiter at 4500 though so I know that I can program the chip and stuff. I'm pretty sure that I solderied everything pretty good. I will end up taking some pics of my solder job and see if I did a good job. Running uber 1.7.
