Default saturated injectors in a EF?

Like the title say can i run saturated injectors in a EF using obd0 pr3/ BRE?
Bypass the resistor box and wire them straight to the ecu, that would work wouldnt it?

-Denso injectors with 12 holes per injector deliver a finely atomized fuel mixture for optimum combustion efficiency and power.
-They have less then 1000 miles on them, i seen they bike they came off of
-fitment is alot better with stock fuel rail and stock injectors in the correct bungs
-they are 315cc/min at 50 psi.

There are alot of reason's why those being the main ones.

The injectors are 10.5-14.5 ohms
so why couldnt i bypass the injector resistor box which is 10 ohms and my stock injectors are 2-3 ohms, and wired them directly up?
In theory that should work correct?

Yes you can run saturated injectors with an OBD0 ECU, just bypass the resistor box.
