SAFC or VAFC

Default SAFC or VAFC

I have a B18B non vtec can I use my old VAFC on this? Or do I need the SAFC?

He's already got a VAFC But yes like jagojon said both will work fine, obviously if you use your VAFC you won't have any use for the highcam/lowcam and Vtec settings so you may have a few extra wires left over you don't need to run.
