SAFC help...

Whats up guy's? I just installed my SAFC and my OBD1 ecu conversion. Everything works, the afc lights up and the car idles fine, But, when I let the engine idle, and then rev the engine up, it bogs down at about 2000 rpm. What the hells wrong?
It's N/A right now, so I set all the corrections to 0. I'm not sure if I need to set the high or low throttle points. Another thing I just remembered is when I have the screen on the digital tach, the guages on the screen don't move.
If anyone can help me out to figure out why my car is running like crap, I would appreciate any help. Thanks :-[

Re:SAFC help...

My injectors are from a Type R Integra (270cc I beleive). I set my pressure setting at 06/06. It's at the 4 cyl. selection. My throttle high and Low is at 98 low 99 high, but all the correction % are at 0. Thats about all the settings I can think of that might have an effect on the way it's runing.
It say's the sensors are getting voltage. It's gotta be hooked up right if it's reading info. If you need any more info let me know. I'm still trying to get this thing to run right. Thanks for helping Dr. Boost :)

Re:SAFC help...

Check your connections. It sounds like the rpm wire might have come off. Also, try setting the 1000/2000 settings to -5 or so. Those injectors are a bit bigger than stock and are probably flooding it at low rpm.

Re:SAFC help...

:) Thanks for the help Doc. I went back and realized I had reversed my air flow input and output wires and thats what was causing the problem. Now I have another question. When I select the air flow guage to see the air flow charactoristics, the numbers don't change at all... It stays at 0 when the engine is running or reving etc. Now, i just checked these 2 wires so i know theres a good connection there. I also re connected my grounds just in case.
Any ideas what might cause the no airflow reading Dr? Thanks again for the help man. i'm just glad the car's running normal again.

Make sure you have the "car select" setting with the "Thr" pointing up like this>>> /

Other than that I don't know what to tell you. ???

Re:SAFC help...

also, please make sure that you are using the white & yellow wires for MAP signal and not the pink & orange wires. ;)

Re:SAFC help...

Yeah, the throttle setting is at "/" and I used the white and yellow wires for air flow signal. I dunno, it's no big deal I guess right? It still adjusts the fuel and everything so it should work for me. Thanks for your help guy's. :)
