Runnning a VAFC hack

I know there are ALOT of VAFC hack questions. and im sorry if i missed this quesiton already. but my question is if i run a VAFC hack, and then use crome with a base p30 map and just retard the table 1 degree per pound of boost with this work? and other question ive heard crome wont retard timing right, or something like that, is this true? any help will be taken seriously.
Thanks for the help,
Tom.

yes u can ran an AFC and a chipped ECU. If u add fuel with the AFC, your essentially advancing timing becuz its tricking the MAP sensor into using a different table/column in the lookup maps.

You CAN adjust timing in CROME. That's y ppl use chipped ECU's instead of AFCs because its more controllable. You can control fuel AND timing with CROME, you can only do fuel with the AFC.

Re: Runnning a VAFC hack

pretty ------- simple. high loads take retarded timing, moreso at lower rpm's

engine load goes right. rpm goes down. it's the degrees of advance you run.

air/fuel burns at the same rate, but the available time to burn it decreases, so the spark must be advanced to burn eariler to completely burn before you change your engine cycle.

whats not to get?

You can also go to the gaybar and buy all the nice men free rounds of drinks. Your point is you want to get lost in strange territory and take it up the ass because of your niavete, yes?

Sorry if I seem like I'm being a complete douchelord, but I am only being a very teeny tiny one. AFC hacks are bad enough ith how they advance timing, and the question you are asking with your apparent level of understanding is going to make the whole project four times more complex than it needs to be with you not willing to do the basic self-education into engine management you need to do. If you don't see clearly what you need to do you aren't going to make two setups you do not understand work together correctly, see where I am going? Because of this any assistance you solicit from us is a complete waste of our time, not to mention your time, money, and a perfectly good engine.

afr's are backwards. 16.0 for vacuum, 14.7 for low vac/uber low boost, and 12.5 at the most for boost

How about you not listen to c0mpl3x on that.

How about you search this forum for the answer - there's a bit of reading you need to do to fill in a lot of blanks that me answering the question at hand wouldn't touch on.
