Running on Basemaps

I have a b00sted integra .. Its a 91 which means that i Obd0... I was wanthing to convert to obd1 and use underdata.. I live in oklahoma and the nowere close that can tune... Im wanting to get base maps for DSM 450cc's-255 Intank Pump and to run about 8psi on a stock LS... how long do you think that it would last on a base mao? or could i get a basemap for might boost like 10-15 and only oush about 7-8?

Well more than likely if you have someone make you a basemap it's going to be programed to run "safely" up to about 11 psi. Thats on a stock MAP sensor. I wouldn't recommend running anything higher unless you upgrade your MAP sensor and can tune it right away.
A basemap will get you by until you can tune your setup but you will probably notice it running rich and being bit sluggish. Thats fine, that is the point of a basemap. It's mean to be a safety until you can get it tuned correctly. Let me know if you need any help with a basemap. I can set you up with one along with a few others on this site.

I don't know why you would convert to obd1. I've got a 91 integra with a 48/60 and xenocron helped me figure out that whole basemap ----. Car started up, been boosting 11psi ever since. 235k mile LS turbo's own joo. :y
