Default returnless fuel system HELP...

alright i am working on a custom turbo set up for my car,im trying to figure out what is the best way to fix my returnless fuel system
i have been told i can install a custom fuel return line and then install an inline fuel pump and a vortex rising rate fuel presure regulator and an injector upgrade
or
i can get the apexi-safc and then upgrade the injectors and then get a custom maa air flow sensor made.
im shure there are other ways of doing this but i cant get any solid proof that one way is better then another so can some one please help me out.
thanks

Late model mazda miata's (1999+) have returnless fuel systems. People LOVE turbocharging miatas. Perhaps in a miata forum they can tell you how they handle fuel.
