Default Resistor Box Resistance

My resistor box is resisting about 7ohms.
Is this good enough for DSM injectors?

I thought that they required 10ohm resistors?

Don't remember what the stock Honda ones are. I know they work fine though. So if you are getting 7, then that is ok.

the 10ohms is the radioshack in-line ones, which work.

I thought they were meant to be about 6-7 ohms

Hey alex, i doubt its your resistor box. What kind of fuel management you got going on there? Whats the vac line set up like? Make sure check the easy things before u worry to much.

Both DSM and Honduh resistor boxes are 6-7 ohms.

Saturated injectors are 14 Ohms resistance as measure at the injector tabs. Peak and Hold should be between 3-4 Ohms. You need to get the 10 watt 10 Ohm resisters from Radio Shack. They are about 1.5 in long and square. That's what I used and they work great.
