resistor box
is there any benifits from using the resistoer box rather than just using inline resistors?
cos i was thinking that a small bump in the wire where the resistor goes is better than having extra wires in the engine bay. am i right in thinking that i have to do is solder a resistor into the live wire to the injectors and cover with shrink tubing? :-\ Thanks Matt B |
Re:resistor box
They both do the exact same thing, just one looks a little cleaner of an install than the other. If you want to have inline resistors taped up in your wires, then thats fine, but others like to keep it hidden and just wire the box into the wire harness.
It's all up to you. :) |
Re:resistor box
how big are the resistors? i was thinking that they are only 5mm with wire sticking out each side? am i wrong?
also are the resistors polarized? Thanks Matt |

Check out the resistors used in that install. Thats what they normally look like. And I'm not sure about them being polarized. |
