I know the o2 sensor is new, but I'm liking this idea of it grounding out inside.
try unplugging it. yes, it will throw a code, but drive it, see if it still flickers the CEL on decel and blows the fuse.

ill mess with it when I get the turbo and stuff back in the car tomorrow, I'll also have my laptop cpu tomorrow too so maybe I can get it on the wideband and see what the tps is doing as well.
