questions on the PR4 ecu i got

alright, i got a pr4 ecu with my ls motor, well i took the plates off the back and front and noticed something (being a nube to ecu chipping, i still knew something was wrong) that on the back of the ecu under the plate there were two wires soldered onto the ecu,
now, to you guys does it sound like my ecu is socketed for something? how can i look to see if it is socketed, cause i didnt see any non-oem sockets? any clues? i dont have a digi cam right now so i cant post pics:(

hmm...could you post a pic of where the wires are soldered? is the wired soldered to a pin and the other end soldered to another pin?

yeah im not sure exactly what pins they are soldered too, but they are soldered to a couple different points on the back, im guessing to bridge them, then they threw some electrical tape over it for some reason
