With the price of WBO2's dropping like mad (I picked up mine for $285 shipped w/ sensor) it's fiesable to get one and street tune with that.
But, otherwise, your single wire's voltage scale just isn't setup for "tuning". It's setup to let the ECU know if it's doing it's job (making it stoich). ~14.2 to ~15.2:1 is what it reads. .95v if it's "rich", .04v if it's lean... that's about it.
