yes it would,,, I believe whats trying to be done is to have a really smaller set of injectors(550 or so) to run till you get into boost(staged) and then the 1600's are working... it would really get great performance like this.

Those are really hard to tune properly. You may want to sell them and get a set of bluemax FIC injectors . They go from 1250 all the way to 1850 and are much easier to tune and dont just dump fuel.

you must bumpt your head. I am still tripping on the price I paid for the PTE 1600, plus I also has a set of 1000cc sitting here also, had to send them in to get cleaned.
I found a solution to the 1600cc, just run E85, I filled my tank up with E85 on saturday before destroyed my diff. and the idles and ran a lot better, I richen up the entire map 10% and AFR was right where I wanted them.

JD has a really good explanation of why its hard to tune these. Its a half page long post, that I don't have the time to find right now. It has to do with injector offset and battery voltage. Hopefully you can find it on your own.

I`m using PTE 1600cc injectors on a d16z6 vitara/eagle rods setup w/e85. Idle will be rough as they are low impedance injectors. The best fix for me was to set the cold idle higher ~1200rpm and run rich...sometimes you just have to live with a non stock idle on a non stock setup.
